  • Pricing depends on transaction volume and scope. A consultation helps determine the best option. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • Yes. All services are provided remotely to businesses anywhere in Florida.

  • Yes. Most of our clients operate as LLCs or self-employed businesses.

  • No. Almost all of our work is remote. We have clients across Florida and handle everything through secure online tools. If you prefer to meet in person and you're in Miami-Dade, we can do that too.

  • No. I'm a registered IRS tax preparer (PTIN and EFIN) and an ACCA member.. For the bookkeeping and tax prep work most small businesses need, that's everything required. If you ever need an audit or attest service, we'll refer you to a trusted CPA partner.

  • Monthly bookkeeping starts at $500. Most clients pay between $500 and $1,500 depending on transaction volume and complexity. We use flat monthly pricing - no hourly billing, no surprises. Tax returns and one-time cleanups are quoted separately.
