Typical year cleanup ranges:

  • Moderate cleanup: $1,500–$3,500

  • Heavy cleanup: $3,500+

A review of your books is required before final pricing is provided.

What Is Not Included

To keep pricing clear and fair, the following services are not included in standard monthly bookkeeping unless specifically agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due before work begins unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

  • No. We do not guarantee tax refunds or tax savings. Our role is to prepare accurate records, organize financial data, and support proper tax filing based on the information provided.

  • QuickBooks Online is preferred for most bookkeeping clients. If you use another system, we can review it and determine whether it fits the service.

  • Send your business details, number of bank and credit card accounts, estimated monthly transactions, and how many months need to be reviewed or cleaned up. We will provide a pricing estimate based on your actual accounting needs.
